How might we help people become more aware of their mental state – and gently guide it in a healthier direction? Reve explores how a physical + digital product can support low-effort nervous system regulation in everyday work life.
Reve is a session-based pause system for mental reset, combining a wearable device with a lightweight interface for performance-free breaks. The goal was to create something that feels natural to return to – not competing for attention, but gently meeting it when needed.
